Tuna bread
Troy invented this, I just codified it into a recipe.

4-8 Tbsp. olive oil
4-5 slices white bread
1 can tuna
3-6 Tbsp. lemon juice
Break up the bread into bite sized pieces and open the can of tuna and drain it. Put 4 Tbsp olive oil in a skillet and heat on medium high heat. Add the bread and tuna, stirring to coat with olive oil. After 2 minutes of cooking , add lemon juice and stir again. Cook for one more minute, and add more olive oil if it looks dry. Cook another couple of minutes, until bread has a toasted quality and the whole mess is warm.
